Welcome to the HeMen Alliance page for prospective and current members! We are a realistically competitive alliance with an 1 Million+ rating that is looking for dedicated and long term members for our alliance. We also have about 10 of us who are quite chatty in the in-game chat, and we always hope new members will be too.

New Hire Requirements
Our only requirements are that you have a 50,000 user rating with a minimum of 8000 PvP fights under your belt. New additions will be asked to be extremely active immediately upon joining the group in order to keep out mooches. Once a new alliance members worth is proven, we are ok with more relaxed gameplay and consistent contribution.

The Game and Real Life
Life gets in the way sometimes, and we get that in the HeMen alliance. If you have a big test to study for, a tough week of work, or a newborn, let us know and we'll keep your spot safe.

History
Our former (see Under New Leadership post below) Leader is Pannujunk, who started this alliance by allowing members in with a 1000 user rating. We have many legacy members who have grown under Pannu's leadership and achieved 50+ Summoner Levels, stables of maxed out and duped 3* champs, and impressive collections of 4* champions.

Our Focus
Our focus is on the Alliance Quests and getting at least Alphas in the 3-day events.

Hard and Fast Rules
1) If you go inactive without letting anybody know, you risk being kicked out. We are very understanding of upcoming tests, slammed work weeks, and vacations. Just let us know you won't be available so we can do our best to pick up the slack.

2) Participate in Alliance Quests! Our goal is to always have 3 full teams. DO NOT JOIN THE WRONG BATTLEGROUP! If you are uncertain about your assignment, ask!

3) Do Duels! Unlike some events, duels takes minimal effort to achieve the maximum amount of points without spending additional units. This is easily our biggest barometer of who is a good alliance member and who isn't. It's simple, it's quick, and the rewards are good. Do two full sets of duels each time! Membership requirements are high enough now that everyone should be getting 650 points each time.

4) Please see the sidebar for additional event minimums. Other than duels, there is leeway for falling short, so if you can't make it, don't sweat it. A few missed minimums in a row or short time frame, however, will put your position in the alliance in jeopardy.

Our Alliance is growing quickly and becoming quite strong. The ideal Alliance member is someone who is in the Intermediate or Veteran bracket that is looking for a long term alliance to be a part of and have fun with.
